A. Return Eligibility
We maintain a strict quality control process. Therefore, we only accept returns if the error was made on our side (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect).
To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.

Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging and condition.

Mandatory Requirement: The buyer must provide a valid, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened from the outer shipping packaging.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Return requests without a valid, continuous, and unedited unboxing video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
B. Return Shipping Costs & Exceptions

Who Pays: If the issue is confirmed to be our error and a valid unboxing video has been provided, FORPEXIAL will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

There is no valid unboxing video provided.

The damage or defect was caused by the customer (misuse, accidental damage, etc.).

The return request is submitted after the 7-day window.

C. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason:

1. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue:

What to Include: Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and your unedited unboxing video. We will process your request and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. Order Cancellations or Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes.

Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has already entered production or has been shipped.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their destination country.

Billing: These charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and are set by your local customs authority. You only pay once during checkout—there will be no additional fees after payment.

Special Invoice Request: If you would like us to declare a lower item value for customs purposes to potentially reduce duties, we can issue a custom invoice for you. Please contact us with this request before shipping.
