At FORPEXIAL, we ship worldwide. Many of our items are handmade, limited edition, or made to order, so please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. By ordering from FORPEXIAL, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
A. Shipping Regions
We provide global shipping, covering destinations including the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Europe, Southeast Asia, and many other countries worldwide.
B. Processing & Production Time

In-Stock Items: Processing and handling time takes 5–7 business days before dispatch.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: Production and processing time varies between 30–90 business days, depending on the complexity of the item. Please refer to the specific product page for exact timelines.
⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE: Once production has commenced or your order has been shipped, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are strictly not permitted.
All orders are thoroughly monitored within their stated processing and pre-order timelines. Submitting a payment or PayPal dispute before this stated timeline has passed will not expedite your order and may cause unnecessary administrative delays. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team directly.
C. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Our logistics partners operate and process shipments only on business days. Orders placed after Friday evening will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Guidelines (After Dispatch):

Southeast Asia: Estimated 5–14 business days.

Standard International Delivery: Estimated 7–16 business days, depending on customs clearance procedures and the local courier performance in your destination country.
Important Delivery Notes:

No Weekend Deliveries: Deliveries are attempted Monday–Friday only. Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable.

Customs Delays: Delays may occasionally occur due to strict customs inspections or localized courier network congestion. These events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

Unpaid Taxes: Couriers require the full payment of all import duties and taxes before releasing a package. Failure to pay will result in your order being held, abandoned, or destroyed by customs without a refund.
D. Shipping Carriers
We partner with a variety of premier international logistics networks. Our automated system selects the most efficient and practical courier for your specific destination, including but not limited to DHL, EMS, and reliable local postal courier networks.
E. Shipping Fees

Rates are dynamically calculated based on your package’s total weight/volume and the final delivery destination.

We do not profit from shipping fees. All charges are based on real-time pricing provided by our logistics partners.

Note: Free worldwide shipping may be available for select promotional items or collections as indicated on specific product pages.
F. Taxes & Customs Duties
All international shipments are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees regulated by the destination country's government. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

By law, couriers and customs authorities cannot release your package until all applicable duties and taxes are fully paid.

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay these government fees, your package will be abandoned or destroyed by customs, or returned at your expense. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
G. Returns & Refunds Summary
Because our products are handmade, limited edition, or custom made-to-order, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Lost Packages: Refunds are only granted in the rare circumstance that your shipment is formally confirmed as permanently lost by the courier service.

Courier delays, standard customs holds, or shipping refusals due to unpaid local taxes strictly do not qualify for refunds.

H. Responsibility Disclaimer
FORPEXIAL is explicitly not responsible for:

Delays caused by international customs clearance or local courier operational issues.

Packages held, confiscated, or delayed due to unpaid import taxes/duties.

Packages returned, lost, or destroyed because the customer provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address, refused delivery, or failed to respond to the local courier's pickup notices.
I. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched from our facility, an automated email containing your tracking number and logistics link will be sent to you.
